anolis with lumps

So,
my animals (the rejectus that is) are experiencing this little problem (although they don't seem bothered by it).
anyone got a clue? I think it might be in mineral and vitamin. They seem to be "calcium sacks" like some gecko's also have.
Not worried at the moment but do'nt know the effects on a longer timebase.

please give me you're insights to this.
